托辊是影响输送机使用效果的关键部件之一，按托辊的不同用途可分为承载托辊，空载托辊和专用托辊三种。专用托辊又可分为缓冲托辊，调心托辊和防偏挡辊等。若按托辊的支承方式又可分为支架式和吊挂式。以下新源机械主要介绍了输送机托辊失效的原因分析及排除方法：
The idler is one of the key components that affect the use effect of conveyor. According to the different uses of the idler, it can be divided into three types: load-bearing idler, no-load idler and special idler. Special supporting rollers can be divided into buffer supporting rollers, aligning supporting rollers and anti-bias retaining rollers. If according to the support mode of supporting roller, it can be divided into support type and hanging type. 1、输送机外筒
1. Conveyor outer drum
在有盐雾等腐蚀性物质的场所，外筒表面锈蚀严重，表面锈蚀将加速输送带的磨损，为解决这一问题，研制成160mm的防静电增强尼龙外筒，为预防外筒锈蚀闯出一条新路。
In places with corrosive substances such as salt spray, the surface of outer cylinder is seriously rusted, which will accelerate the wear of conveyor belt. 2、输送机托辊的密封

托辊经常在多尘条件下工作，空载托辊有时还在煤泥水中运转，室外输送机的槽型托辊两侧也会因雨水沿轴端缝隙渗入，引起轴承防尘盖及其保持架锈蚀，润滑脂变质。改进密封结构提高辊子寿命的有效措施。
The idler often works under dusty conditions. The idler sometimes runs in slime water. Rainwater seeps into the slot of the trough idler on both sides of the outdoor conveyor, causing corrosion of the bearing dust cover and its cage, and deterioration of lubricating grease. Effective measures to improve the sealing structure and prolong the service life of rollers.
3、输送机手辊润滑脂。
3. Conveyor hand roll grease.
托辊应使用锂基润滑脂，其滴点高，油脂不易流失，也不易变质结块，可延长托辊使用寿命，减少磨擦阻力。
Lithium-based grease should be used for supporting rollers. It has high dropping point, is not easy to lose grease, and is not easy to deteriorate and agglomerate. It can prolong the service life of supporting rollers and reduce friction resistance.
4、输送机的轴承
4. Bearing of Conveyor
轴承失效主要是由于水分，粉尘或异物侵入，使轴承锈蚀，润滑脂变质所引起。加大滚珠直径，采用单面开放式尼龙保持架，加大轴向游隙的托辊专用轴承能有效地防止轴承卡滞。其寿命为普通轴承的五倍以上，功率消耗可降低18%左右。
Bearing failure is mainly caused by the invasion of moisture, dust or foreign matter, which causes bearing corrosion and grease deterioration. Increasing ball diameter, using one-sided open nylon cage and enlarging axial clearance of special roller bearings can effectively prevent bearing stuck. Its service life is more than five times that of ordinary bearings, and its power consumption can be reduced by about 18%.
