托辊和托辊密封都是行业内经常使用的产品。托辊主要应用于某些输送机当中，其中对于带式输送机而言，更是一个非常主要部件,“托辊加工专用机床”，是生产托辊的专用机床。任务是机床床身、导轨和夹紧系统的设计以及液压传动原理的设计。公司几名技术共同做得这个题目。为了确保设计质量，我们先后多次到起重机机械厂、托辊传送加工厂等厂家进行了深入细致的调查研究，熟悉生产过程和设备情况，走访一些工人师傅和有关技术人员，向他们询问生产过程中存在的一些问题及解决的方法，从而获得了第一手的资料，为我们顺利完成托辊密封设计打下了良好的基础。但是由于本人知识面窄，能力有限，还是在设计中遇到了一些问题，因此我们又查阅了大量的技术资料和工具书，经过反复论证、比较，最后终于确定了设计方案，在大致分配时间安排后，便开始了各自的工作。

In order to ensure the quality of the design, we have conducted in-depth and detailed investigation and research to the crane machinery plant and the roller transmission processing plant. We are familiar with the production process and equipment, visit some workers and technicians, and ask them some problems and solutions in the process of production. First hand information was obtained, which laid a good foundation for our successful completion of the roller seal design. However, because of my narrow knowledge, limited ability, or some problems in the design, we have consulted a large number of technical data and tool books, after repeated demonstration and comparison, finally decided the design scheme, after the approximate allocation of time, they started their own work.
