锥形调心托辊主要依据DTII选型手册,2个锥形辊子分别安装在各自的回转轴上,2个回转架通过连杆机构实现同步,横梁直接连接在中间架上,胶带跑偏后带动回转架绕回转轴旋转一定角度。,此时调心托辊给胶带施加横向推力Fn,促使跑偏后的胶带回复原位,实现跑偏胶带的自动纠偏,确保胶带对中运行。其特点是把原前倾调心的槽形辊子换成了锥形辊子,由于锥形辊子两端的直径大不同,故辊子旋转时,辊子的大小头与胶带接触处的线速度不同,存在着速度差,从而改变了托辊的受力状况,使胶带跑偏后产生的横向推力增大,调心效果更加明显。由于 锥 形 调心托辊2个回转轴是分开的,回转轴强度较弱,大运量时出现回转轴弯曲现象,另外促使2个回转架实现同步的连杆机构,由于制造、安装等多种因素同步效果不太理想,影响自动调心效果。
