主要由上料台、托辊网带式保护气氛淬火加热炉、淬火冷却油槽、热清洗机、冷清洗机、回火加热炉、控制系统、气氛系统。

（1）控制可靠、故障率低、产品质量稳定

托辊网带式可控气氛热处理生产线控制系统采用模块化、无触点、无浪涌控制技术。实现了控制温度精度高、平稳加热。网带传动采用变频调速实现速度无级可调，做到了加热时间准确可靠。同时控制柜上仪表可直接显示工件加热时间及加热温度，做到了方便直观。便于调整加热参数，保证了产品热处理质量稳定可靠。

The control system of the roller mesh belt controlled atmosphere heat treatment production line adopts modularization, contactless and surge free control technology. The high precision and smooth heating of the control temperature have been realized. The belt drive adopts variable frequency speed regulation to achieve stepless speed adjustment, so that the heating time is accurate and reliable. At the same time, the instrument on the control cabinet can directly display the heating time and heating temperature of the workpiece, so that it is convenient and intuitive. It is easy to adjust heating parameters and ensure the quality of heat treatment of products is stable and reliable.

托辊网带式可控气氛热处理生产线温控、电控以及气氛控制采用了计算机控制技术。实现各温控区（淬火、回火、油槽）加热温度、加热时间以及炉内碳势实时与历史记录的监察、设定、存储、等功能。同时还包含“产品、品种、规格、型号、跟踪号、操作工、数量、班次”。可实现历史数据记录，便于查询、追溯，消除了人为因素带来的不利影响。

（3）采用了甲醇低温裂解技术

长期以来为减少氧化脱碳采用了向炉内直接滴注液体甲醇，通过甲醇燃烧消耗炉内的氧气达到减少脱碳目的。这种方法极易产生大量的炭黑，影响工件表面质量。生产线采用的甲醇低温裂解技术就是采用专门的装置把甲醇低温催化裂解成氢气（H2）和一氧化碳（CO）再通入加热炉内燃烧掉炉内的氧气（O2），再向炉内通入少量的丙烷气体作为副化气，起到保护气氛减少氧化脱碳作用。实产品脱碳层深度控制在0.06mm以内满足了客户要求。

This method is prone to produce a large amount of carbon black and affect the surface quality of the workpiece. The low temperature cracking technology used in the production line uses a special device to catalyze the low temperature catalytic cracking of methanol into hydrogen (H2) and carbon monoxide (CO) into the furnace and then burn out the oxygen (O2) in the furnace. Then a small amount of propane gas is used as the accessory gas into the furnace, and the protective atmosphere reduces the oxidation decarburization. The carbon layer depth of the real product is controlled within 0.06mm to meet customer requirements.
