The basic type of the roller
托辊是带式输送机的重要部件，种类多，数量大。作用是支承皮带，减少皮带运行阻力，并使皮带的垂直度不超过一定限度以保证皮带平稳地运行。
The roller is an important part of the belt conveyor, with many kinds and large quantity. The function is to support the belt, reduce the resistance of the belt running, and make the verticality of the belt not more than a certain limit to ensure the smooth operation of the belt.
托辊按其用途分类为调心托辊、缓冲托辊、槽形托辊、平行托辊。调心托辊的作用是纠正带式输送机的跑偏，通常输送机的重载段上安装回转式槽形调心托辊，空载段上安装平行调心托辊。缓冲托辊是根据实际情况应用于机尾架上的，受料时，可以降低物料对皮带的冲击，有利于沿长皮带的使用寿命。槽形托辊一般由两个侧托辊和一个平托辊组成，槽角度一般为30度，对于可拆卸式的带式输送机，槽形托辊的三个托辊互相铰接在一起，故称铰接托辊。平行托辊一般为一个长辊，它安装在承受压力的下端故称下托辊。
According to the use of the roller, the roller is classified as the core roller, the cushion roller, the groove roller and the parallel roller. The role of the aligning idler is to correct the deviation of the belt conveyor. Usually, the rotary trough type aligning idler is installed on the heavy duty section of the conveyor, and the parallel aligning idler is installed on the empty section. The cushion idler is applied to the tailstock frame according to the actual situation. When receiving, it can reduce the impact of material on the belt, and is beneficial to the service life of the long belt. Trough roller generally consists of two side rollers and a pinto roller, groove angle is 30 degrees, the belt conveyor is detachable, grooved roller of three roller hinged together, so called articulated roller. The parallel roller is usually a long roll, which is installed at the lower end of the pressure.
托辊在材质上分为钢质和塑料托辊两种。托辊的轴承座有铸铁的和钢板冲压的和酚醛塑料等三种。
The roller is divided into two kinds of steel and plastic roller in the material. The bearing seat of the roller has three kinds of cast iron, steel sheet and phenolic plastic.
托辊的密封有钢和塑料之分。它们的密封都是内部填充润滑脂。托辊的好坏直接影响带式输送机的电能消耗和皮带的寿命。因此防尘密封可靠，润滑良好是重要使用标准。
The seal of the roller is divided into steel and plastic. Their seals are filled with grease of internal filling. The quality of the roller will directly affect the electric energy consumption of the belt conveyor and the life of the belt. Therefore, the dust proof seal is reliable and the good lubrication is the important use standard.
托辊占了一台带式输送机总成本的35% ，产生了70%以上的阻力，因此托辊的质量尤为重要。
